Mr. Alonzo Leon Basnight, 63, of 5075 N.C. Highway 32 North, Roper, died Feb. 23, 2020, at Carrington House, Chesterfield, Virginia. A funeral service will be held at noon Friday, Feb. 28, 2020, at Mt. Eprew Baptist Church, with Rev. James Harris officiating. Burial will follow with military honors at Basnight Family Cemetery. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service in the church. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
