Viewing hours are from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Tuesday at Oscar’s Mortuary 1700 Oscar Drive, New Bern. A graveside service will be held at noon on Thursday, March 12, 2020, at the Smith Cemetery, Over the Swamp Road, Blounts Creek. Arrangements are by Oscar’s Mortuary, Inc.
