Dr. Frances Spruill Baker, 70, a resident of Cypress Glenn Retirement Community and formerly of Bakertown Road, Windsor, died Wednesday, March, 11, 2020. A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 14, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Capehart’s Baptist Church, with Rev. Stanley Hare officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, March 13, 2020, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. until service time on Saturday at Capehart’s Baptist Church. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
