Mr. William Orston Moore, 80, of 571 South Parks Heights, Baltimore, Maryland, died Feb. 28, 2020, at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2020, at Spring Green Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), with Elder Ronald Spruill officiating. Burial will follow in Ransome family cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at church. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
