Louise Gurganus Speller, 89, of Cedar Landing Road, Windsor, died Friday, March 13, 2020, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. A funeral service was held Monday, March 16, 2020, at 2 p.m. at the Walker Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in the Speller family cemetery. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Williamston.
