Clayton E. Stilley, 60, of 17686 N.C. Highway 33 E., Blounts Creek, died Thursday, March 26, 2020, at his residence. A graveside service will be held at noon Saturday, April 4, 2020, at Phenel Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 190 Stilley Town Road, Blounts Creek. Due to COVID-19, the governor has asked that all gatherings be limited to 50 people. Arrangements are by Trinity Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. of Kinston.
