Mr. James Barnes III, 59, of  336 N. Respess St., Washington, died Tuesday, March  31, 2020, in Washington. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m.  Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at L.R. Memorial Chapel, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington. Visitation will be held on hour prior to service, from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the chapel. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery. Arrangements are by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, Washington.
