Shirley Katherine “Kathy” Perry, 67, a resident of 2780 Popular Point Road, Williamston, died at her home on Friday, May 1, 2020. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 9, 2020, at her home. Arrangements are by Joseph B. Paul Jr., Funeral Director Licensee of Washington.
