Ms. Zidia C. Fulford, of 611 W. 13th St., Washington, died Sunday, May 17, 2020, at the Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington. A funeral services will be held Friday, May 22, 2020, at 2 p.m. at the New Beginning F. H. & C. Chapel. Interment will be at the Greenhill Cemetery in Swan Quarter. The family will be receiving family and friends at 611 W. 13th St., Washington.
