Mr. Gary Keith Allen, 63, a resident of Belhaven, died Monday, May 25, 2020, at his home. A graveside funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, May 28, 2020, at the Swindell family cemetery, located at 7119 Sladesville Credle Road, Scranton. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven.
