GRANT GIFTED: The Washington (noon) Rotary Club continues to assist Beaufort County nonprofit organizations. The Beaufort-Hyde Partnership for Children was recently awarded a $500 grant to purchase more sanitary wipes and disinfectants due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Pictured (left) are BHPC Associate Savannah King and BHPC Executive Director Jessica Burnham (right). BHPC assists families to promote social, physical, emotional and cognitive development of children under 13 throughout Beaufort and Hyde counties. Local nonprofit organizations in Beaufort County are encouraged to email Washington (noon) Rotarian Henry Capogna at henrycapogna@gmail.com for a grant application.
