RPC Contracting of KItty Hawk resurfaced Cooper Road and two intersections on Riverneck Road north of Coumbia last week, with more asphalt scheduled to be put down this week. The Riverneck Road project begins at New Road and extends 2.6 miles to its junction with Sound Side Road at Maggie’s Store.  The intersection above is Riverneck Road at New Road near Brickhouse Circle.
