Mrs. Willie Ruth Duncan, of 184 Peed Road, Chocowinity, died Sunday, Aug. 16, 2020. A funeral service will be held Saturday, Aug. 22, 2020, at noon at the New Beginning FH&C Chapel. Viewing will be in the chapel at 11 a.m., one hour prior to the service. The interment will be at the Pamlico Memorial Gardens, Washington. The family will be receiving family and friends at 184 Peed Road, Chocowinity. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation, on 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
