Mr. John Martin Elliott, 70, a resident of Old Bath Highway, died Friday, Oct. 9, 2020, at his home. The family received friends Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2020, prior to a funeral service conducted by Pastor Walter Byrum in the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial followed in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
