Mr. James Arthur Moore, 69,  of 3015 Idalia Road, Aurora, died Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2020, at Carolina East Medical Center, New Bern. Visitation will held from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, 2020, at L.R. Memorial Chapel. Other times, the family will receive friends at the home. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, 2020, at L.R. Memorial Chapel, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington. Burial will follow Idalia Cemetery in Aurora. Arrangements are by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, Washington.
