Soybean Harvest

Soybeans were being harvested near Lake Phelps in the second week of November. Despite COVID-19, a sluggish economy, a disputed election, an uncertain census count, and other unsettled surroundings, the need for soybeans continues as an ingredient in baked goods, canned broths and soups, canned tuna and meat, cereals, cookies, crackers, high-protein energy bars and snacks, infant formulas, etc.
