Edna White Phelps Tate, 97, of Plymouth, died on Monday, November 30, 2020, at her daughter’s residence in Plymouth. A Celebration of Life service was held on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillside Memorial Gardens on Highway 32 with the Rev. Dr. Bobby Taylor officiating. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home of Plymouth.
