Esther Marie Smith Brown, 65 of New Bern, died Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at CarolinaEast Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at St. John Missionary Baptist Church of New Bern. Burial will follow in Core Creek Cemetery of Cove City. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Due to COVID-19 all services are following the Governor’s guidelines to distance 6 ft. apart with limited seating. Please check with the family to make sure you are on the guest list. Wear a mask when attending the service and viewing. Arrangements are by Trinity Memorial Funeral Home, Inc.
