Mrs. Ginger Courson Billups, 74, of Belhaven, died Thursday February 18, 2021 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. A private service will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven.
