No one was injured in a collision between an SUV and a dump truck near the intersection of East Third and North Market streets Thursday afternoon. The collision ruptured a fuel tank on the dump truck, and a portion of the eastbound lane on Third Street was closed briefly while first responders dealt with the spill. As of 4:30 p.m., the lane was clear again.
