Mr. Joseph Harold Smith, 72, of Swan Quarter, died Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at Long Acre Chapel Christian Church. Burial will follow in the church graveyard. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven.
