Mrs. Frances Maureen Peters Waters, 81, of Washington, died Tuesday July 27, 2021 at MacGregor Downs Nursing Center in Greenville. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday August 7, 2021 at Mother of Mercy Catholic Church. Burial of cremated remains will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
