Frances Williams Hoggard, 75, of Wakelon Road, died Wednesday August 25, 2021, at her home. Funeral services will  be held Sunday, August 29, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Ross Baptist Church.  Rev. Dr. Jeffery Russell will officiate.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday August 29th at Ross Baptist Church from 12:30 PM until service time (2:00 PM). Walker Funeral Home of Windsor is serving the Hoggard family.
