Mrs. Joan Davis Selby Craft, age 88, a resident of Belhaven, NC died Wednesday February 2, 2022 at River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM February 5, 2022 at Bethany United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Craft was born on May 5, 1933 to the late David Clifton Davis and Margaret Lucille Paul Davis. She enjoyed flowers in her garden, sewing, coloring, reading her bible. Mrs. Craft loved her family, spending time with grandchildren, her church, and her friends she considered family. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church. Mrs. Craft worked at the Sewing Factory in Belhaven and later as a cashier at Pungo River Pharmacy.

Survivors include the son, Timothy Vann Selby and wife Georgie of Belhaven, five grandchildren, Daniel Selby, Jr., Gentry Setters, Brigette Elzey, Caroline Drake, Savanna Simmons, nine great grandchildren, Sidney Ray Selby, Walker Vann Selby, Lillian Kendal Selby, Alyssa Newman, Ainsley Grae Setters, Baysden Claire Setters, Julianne Elizabeth Drake, Nolan Thomas Drake, Jovi Claire Simmons, and two sisters, Carlene Potter and husband Herbert of Belhaven, and Phyllis Woolard and husband Phillip of Plymouth.

She is preceded in death by her first husband Ottis Erroll Selby, her second husband Ed Craft, two sons, Daniel Clifton Selby, Sr., Erroll Ken Selby, and two brothers, Tex Davis, and Sid Davis.
