Mrs. Lou Ann Woolard Gaskins, age 84, a resident of Washington, NC died Tuesday February 22, 2022, at her home.

A graveside funeral service was held 1:00 p.m. Friday February 25, 2022, at Oakdale Cemetery.

A visitation was held 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday February 24, 2022, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington and other times at the home of Todd & Nikki Cutler located at 5004 Old Washington Road, Washington, NC 27889.
