Richard was a native of Washington, NC he was born to the late Geraldine Tucker and Robert Roulhac. He departed this life at Rex hospital in Raleigh NC. He leaves behind a wife, six children, five grandchildren, five sibling and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins, and friends. Services will be held at Greater St. Mark Baptist Church in Whitaker, NC 27891. Viewing at 12pm and service begins at 1pm Friday May 27, 2022.
