Frances May Smith Carter Martin (Fran) passed peacefully on June 4, 2022, in a Washington, NC hospital.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Monday June 13, 2022 at Smithton Cemetery and will be officiated by Rev. David Pooser.

The family will receive friends Sunday June 12, 2022 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven.
