Duke Energy Foundation recently awarded a grant to The Pamlico Small Business Center located in Washington NC. to further PBRC’s work on Small Business Owner Empowerment Programs.

For 2023 the Pamlico Business Center will offer the following new programs
 
The PBRC Entrepreneurial Development Program is a series of three unique programs designed for the benefit of potential and existing business owners who contemplating a new business growth opportunity.
 
Pamlico Business Resource Center plays an active role in fostering Beaufort County small businesses, through a volunteer network of local subject matter experts,
 
Entrepreneurial coworking environments will be promoted through a series of gatherings and conversations with subject matter experts, community leaders, Senior educators, and state and federal business program leaders.
A new website called The BoCo Buzz will enable Beaufort County small businesses to establish an online presence and be able to list their business, publicize events and special promotions, have an online presence through social media, and be found in google searches.
Pamlico Business Resource Center is a non-profit 501(c)3 Foundation established to promote and support the needs of small businesses and an entrepreneurial mindset in Beaufort County. Pamliccbrc.org.
