Brandi Ann Bartelt, 27, a resident of Washington, NC passed away in her home early Sunday March 12, 2023.

A visitation was held on Friday, March 17th at 2:00pm, at Joseph B. Paul Funeral Service followed by a funeral service, 3:30PM at Washington Assembly of God in Washington, NC, with burial immediately afterward at Pamlico Memorial Gardens in Washington, NC.
