Marshall, 46, of Raleigh went into eternal rest on March 19, 2023. A Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm Friday March 24, 2023, at Paradise Memorial Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 12 noon Saturday March 25, 2023, at Washington High School.  Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
