Kids shouldn’t be in street

“To the person complaining about East 2nd Street and the kids playing in the street and cars coming the wrong way, that is a problem with the parents not teaching the kids about playing in the street. When I was growing up, if you got caught playing in the street by your parents you got your tail torn up. All they’re doing is encouraging the kids to be out there in danger. Those parents should be charged with abuse of their children. So, teach your kids. Don’t expect the public to watch out for them.”

“I’m really upset with the UNC Tarheels basketball team. They had a good opportunity to let their other players have a chance to play in the NIT. And they had a real good chance of winning it. That shows you what a sour taste they got. It’s terrible. The coach should have made them play. But he’s not Roy Williams, is he?”
