• UPDATE: The missing juvenile has been located and is safe, according to the Washington Police Department.

The Washington Police Department is requesting assistance locating a missing juvenile.  The juvenile, Justice Wiggins, was last seen at approximately at 6 a.m. this morning in the area of Northwood Road in the City of Washington. Anyone with information related to the whereabouts of Justice Wiggins is asked to contact the Washington Police Department at 252-946-1444. Justice Wiggins is described as:
