Dog, Ellie 0335

Spayed, with a reduced rate, plus she’s very friendly with a calm demeanor!  Ellie’s a beautiful, blue/white, medium size, 2 year old, Bully-mix.  She loves to be near her person and will lay at your feet or in your lap!  Ellie, ID No. 0335, loves attention, exercise/play, preferably in a fenced yard and inclusion in outings.  She’ll make a fantastic addition to a forever home, and she’s waiting at the Shelter.

 

Cat, McCoy 0269

This very friendly boy is a love bug, with a calm demeanor!  At 2 years old, McCoy, is a truly handsome, partly white, American shorthair with an amazing display of tan, gray and black tabby stripes, a rosebud nose and huge, heart melting eyes.  With his charming and loving personality, McCoy, ID No. 0269, will make a wonderful addition to a good, forever home.  Come meet your new, best friend at the Shelter.

The Beaufort County animal shelter is open Mondays through Fridays, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays, the shelter will be closed unless an appointment is made before 5:00 p.m. Friday. Animal control officers are at the shelter by 8 a.m. daily. Shelter employees will not answer the phone in the morning due to all staff being hands-on with morning operations. The shelter strongly recommends leaving a voicemail with contact information and will get back to callers as soon as possible. In the case of an emergency, contact the Beaufort County Sheriff’s to reach the Animal Control officer on call. The shelter is located at 3931 U.S. Highway 264 East in Washington.
