BCSO makes cocaine arrest

On May 12, 2023, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Kyle Willis Bailey, 47 years of age, of Washington, NC. Bailey was charged with two counts of Possession with intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, one count of Manufacture Cocaine and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Bailey’s arrest stemmed from Investigators in the Drug Unit conducting controlled purchases of cocaine from Bailey. Investigators in the Drug Unit executed a search warrant at Bailey’s residence located at 112 Vermont Avenue in Washington. With the help of K9 Bodi, Investigators located and seized powder cocaine, crack-cocaine, drug packaging material and manufacturing materials.

Bailey was out on bond stemming from previous drug charges at the time of his arrest. Bailey was issued a $30,000 unsecured bond as a result of the new charges.
