The Washington Whitecaps were outnumbered three to one in their swim meet with Aquaventure. Despite that, they still found ways to get first places. Wallace Atkins, Miller Tyson, and Brandon Ward led the way by receiving multiple firsts.

Atkins placed first in the 6 and under girls 25-meter freestyle and backstroke while also placing third in the 8 and under girls 25-meter butterfly and 100-meter freestyle relay.

Tyson finished first in the 13-14 boys 50-meter freestyle and butterfly. He placed second in the 100-meter individual medley. Ward took first in the 9-10 boys 50-meter backstroke and 200-meter freestyle relay.

Wren Tyson, Aubrey Marketplace, and Eliza Lee would each bring in one first place for the Whitecaps. Anna Brey Pake, Eliza Lee, Miller Tyson, and Hayley Pake would take second in the 14 and under 200-meter freestyle relay.

The Whitecaps will not have a meet this week because of the holiday and will resume competition next week.
