Thomas Ray Foster, age 78, of Pinetown, NC, passed away on May 2, 2024.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, May 8, at Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Service. A graveside service will take place at Ryder Hill Cemetery in Pamlico Beach on Thursday, May 9 at 2:00pm, officiated by Jay Jones.
