Mr. Wilbert Earl Davis, 50, of 791 Cedar Village Road, Belhaven, died Monday, April 6, 2009, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. The family will receive friends at the home of his sister, Grace E. Harvey, 482 Pantego St., Belhaven. Arrangements will be announced by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
