Mrs. Cindy Ruth Williams Moore, 71, of 207 Minor Run Road, Edward, died Monday, July 6, 2009, at Beaufort County Medical Center. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Saint Matthew Free Will Baptist Church. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8 p.m. at Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home, Washington, and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
