Mrs. Mattie “Shag” Gibbs died June 28, 2009, at the Holy Cross Hospital, Chicago, Ill. Funeral services were held at the Golden Gate Funeral Home, July 2, 2009. Mrs. Gibbs was the sister of Mrs. Rebecca Gorham. Local arrangements by the Randolph Funeral Home, Bonner St., Washington.
