Mrs. Re Esther Palmer Fields of 3537 W. Dickens Ave., Chicago, Ill., died Monday, Sept. 14, 2009, at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, Ill. Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
