Earl Samuels Jr., a resident of Washington, died Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at Phenel Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
