Frank Charles Garrod, 66, a resident of Chocowinity, died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements will be announced by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
