Paul Phelps Jr. and Courtney Gatlin of Jamesville, NC, announce the birth of their son, Paul Owen Phelps, on October 30, 2012, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital.
Owen weighed 9 pounds, 3 ounces, and measured 23 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Carol and Larry Gatlin of Groton, CT.
Paternal grandparents are Diane Phelps and Paul Phelps Sr. of Plymouth, NC.
