Mrs. Cecelia Marguerite Dunbar Barnett, 58, a resident of Pantego, NC died November 17, 2012.
A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 1, 2012, at Davis Cemetery in Pantego, NC.
Mrs. Barnett was born in Norfolk, Va. on March 19, 1954, daughter of the late William Russell Dunbar and Marguerite Fennessey Dunbar. Mrs. Barnett was married to James Barnett, who preceded her in death. She worked for many years as a certified public accountant and taught pre-school. Mrs. Barnett enjoyed crafts, travelling to the beach and mountains and loved flowers.
Mrs. Barnett is survived by two daughters, Angela Harris and husband William of Virginia Beach, Va. and Yvonne Harrelson and husband Larry of McBee, S.C.; a brother, Kenneth Dunbar; a sister, Patricia Hoanshelt and husband Richard of Okeechobee, Fla.; grandchildren, Colby Harris, Janet Harrelson, Josh Harrelson and Justin Harrelson; a niece, Michelle Hoanshelt and great-nieces, Amber Hoanshelt and Heather Hoanshelt.
