Charlie Edward “Buddy” Beacham, Jr., 63, a resident of East Haven Apartments in Washington, died Wednesday, January 9, 2013. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, January 11, 2013, at Riverview Baptist Church, 6228 Clark’s Neck Road, Washington. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 6 p.m. until the service hour at the church. Pamlico Funeral and Cremation Service of Washington is serving the Beacham family.
