MEATBALLS: Beaufort County Commissioner candidate Ron Buzzeo took part in Apollo Steakhouse’s celebrity chef fundraiser for Ruth’s House Wednesday evening. Buzzeo made two authentic Italian dishes, including the family secret recipe for meatballs. Apollo’s Steakhouse served 78 guests Wednesday night and 10 percent of the food sales will go to Ruth’s House domestic abuse shelter.
