Mr. Vincent Carnell Mackey, 48, formerly of Engelhard, died Sunday, Oct. 19, 2014, at his residence in Raleigh. A funeral will be held Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Engelhard. Arrangements are by Rowsom Funeral Home of Columbia.
