Mr. Charles Allen Barnes, age 60, a resident of 303 Sparrows Bay Lane, Blounts Creek, died Friday, November 20, 2015 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. Memorial services will be 7:00 pm Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington is serving the Barnes family.
