Judith Ann Sparrow Friend, 75, of Columbus, OH, went peacefully into the arms of Jesus, Saturday, August 20, 2016. She was born March 31, 1941 in Belhaven to the late Samuel and Maggie (Foreman) Sparrow. She attended Bethany United Methodist Church in Belhaven and was employed with Heartland of Perrysburg, OH for over 10 years. She enjoyed gardening and crafting.

Judy was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Leroy, siblings Carol Keech, Paige Sawyer and Thomas Sparrow, and good friend Bobby Davis. Judy is survived by her son Dale (Elizabeth), grandchildren Corey (Ruth), Rebecca, Julie, Joshua, Hannah, Kate and Emma, great-grandchildren Seth and Abigail, siblings Jane (Billy) Warren and Rebecca Sparrow, brothers-in-law Lin Keech and Buddy Sawyer, sister-in-law and brother-in- law Jean and Bob Cox, many loving nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Worthington Christian Village for their loving care.

Family will receive friends Friday, August 26, 2016 from 4 PM until time of service at 6 PM at Schoedinger North Chapel, 5554 Karl Rd., Columbus, OH 43229. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice. Online condolences may be made to www.schoedinger.com.
