Mr. and Mrs. Allan Lee Weller of Washington, NC, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Patrice Allan (Allie) Weller, to Jamie Martin Oxtoby, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Oxtoby of Driffield, England.
